Belgium is a country in Western Europe that is quite famous for its Renaissance architecture, medieval towns. Different people speak different languages here.  You will find French-speaking people to the south,  German-speaking in the north and Flanders in the north.  It has a population around 11.5 million and its capital city is Brussels. The total area of the place is 30,869 kilometer square while its official currency is Euro. The most famous place around Belgium are Mannekan Pis, Atomium and Grand place.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR BELGIUM VISA

1. Indian National can apply for Belgium Visa.
2. Person wishes to travel to Belgium for the purpose of Tourist/Business can apply visa through Visa Voyage.
3. Travel insurance is necessary for passengers traveling to Belgium. We also provides Travel Insurance at an additional cost.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Business:
1. Valid passport with at least TWO BLANK PAGES to affix the visa along with all old passport booklets.
2. 1 Application Form should must be filled online.
3. Language form and 2 password size photographs.
4. Personal Covering letter with mentioning duration of visit, purpose of visit, expenses clause .
5. Invitation Letter  mentioning the travel date & passport details.
6. Travel Insurance as per Schengen specification.
7. Tour itinerary.
8. Return Confirmed ticket.
9. Confirmed Hotel as per the ticket
10. Copy of Pan Card.
11. Bank  statement for half year.
12. Half year salary slip
13. Income Tax Return.
14. Occupation proof. 
      a) Certificate of Incorporation 
      b) Brief Company Profile 
      c) Articles of Memorandum 
      d) Proof of Proprietorship
      e) Export / Import License if applicable
15. In case of Employee -Proof of employment and Pay slip of last 3 months.
16. In case applicant is the proprietor  or owner of the company- Cover letter on companies letter head, proof of paid income tax , company memo, partnership deal etc. are required.
17. For students report card issued from School and ID is required.
18. If the applicant is sponsored – proof of sponsorship.
19. Proof of retirement, pension statements for the last three months.(if the applicant is retired)

20.Marriage Licence if applicant is travelling for honeymoon.
21. If minor is accompanied by parents  shall provide a NOTARIZED NOC from both parents with their passport copy.
22. Authority letter TO BE SIGNED BY THE APPLICANT as per the format given on the forms section. Authority letter needs and not by anyone on his behalf.
23. BIOMETRIC MANDATORY for all Applicants.

Tourist:
1. Valid passport with at least TWO BLANK PAGES to affix the visa.

3. Language form with 2 passport size Photographs.
4. Personal Covering letter  with mentioning duration of visit, purpose of visit, expenses clause.

6. Tour itinerary.
7. Return Confirmed ticket.
8. Confirmed Hotel as per the ticket.
9. Copy of Pan Card.
10. Half year salary slips 
11. Bank statement for last 3 months.
12. Personal and company Bank Statement for last six months.
13. ITR for last 3 years.
14. Occupation proof
      a) In case of Employee -Proof of employment and Pay slip of last 3 months.
      b) In case applicant is the proprietor – Cover letter on companies letter head , company memo, partnership deal, establishment license or proprietorship etc are required.
      c) For student- report card issued from School and ID is required.
      d) If the applicant is sponsored – proof of sponcership .
      e Proof of retirement, pension statements for the last three months (if the applicant is retired).

IMPORTANT POINTS FOR FAST TRACK VISAS

1. The Embassy have the right to ask for additional documents and for a personal interview. 
2. All passport holders are required to get a fresh passport booklet to apply for Visa
3. Every applicant will be required to visit VFS Center personally for LIVE PHOTOGRAPH even after their biometric data.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIOMETRIC

 Biometrics are mandatory EVERY TIME  FOR BELGIUM visa application.

Every traveler requires personal appearance as mandatory for visa application submission.
